ThermoTube

ThermoTube construction consists of a single insulated stainless steel or copper process tube ideally suited to transport steam, hot or cold liquids, gases or refrigerants. A common application is steam supply and condensate return in steam tracing systems.

ThermoTube saves you time and money when compared to Field Insulated Tubing. One contractor to install compared to Tube Bender, Insulation and Weather Proofing for Field Insulated Tubing. Quick, compact, one-step installations in existing cable trays, angles, channels, struts and I-beams.

Pre-insulated with nonhygroscopic glass fibre, the tube is complete with a heat reflective foil wrap and a weatherproof outer covering.

ThermoTube can also be manufactured in a variety of optional process tube materials, wall thicknesses and outer coverings to meet a multitude of applications. It can be quickly and easily installed.
