Drum & Container Heaters

In the field of materials handling, we offer a complete range of drum and container heating solutions. High-power silicone belts and heavy-duty base heaters deliver rapid, even heat for demanding applications, while low-Watt insulated jackets provide gentle, controlled warming for sensitive products. Certified heating jackets are also available for hazardous areas, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

We also supply induction drum heaters — fast, contact-free, and highly efficient for warming viscous or temperature-critical materials. Whatever the application, you get precise, dependable heat exactly where it’s needed.

Flexible drum heating jackets - 25L to 100L (230Vac)

A simple & effective heating solution for all types of drums, particularly plastic containers. The standard jackets are ideally suited for the warming for a variety of products including fats, oils & foodstuffs up to 45°C. The Hi-Heat option provides a boost in power for applications requiring a temperature range of 60-70°C, whilst the High-Power option has heating capability up to 160°C for use with metal drums.

Flexible heating jackets are manufactured from lightweight but resilient materials, fitted with adjustable quick release buckles for ease of installation & removal.

HHND Drum heaters – 200/210L

Designed for 200L drums for applications requiring a high-performance, low-cost solution.

Due to high-grade, high-density insulation, outer surfaces can be touched safely without the need for special handling. A single HHND jacket may be used for heating liquid – while two or three heating jackets combined, will increase the heating rate and allow some solids to be melted.

Intermediate Bulk Container heaters

Ideal for reducing the viscosity of a variety of products including fats, oils and foodstuffs, stored in intermediate bulk containers. 

Suitable for all types of IBC this heater jacket has quick release adjustable buckles for ease of installation and removal and is designed with upper and lower heat zones, each with separate thermostatic control. This allows for the upper heating zone to be switched off once the content level has fallen below halfway. Unlike expensive conventional ovens, the heater jacket allows the IBC to be heated at its point of use. Once heated, the IBC can be moved with the jacket in position and still maintain the temperature for longer thanks to the high efficiency thermal insulation. 

IECEx & ATEX  Solutions

The ideal solution for use in ATEX & IECEx Zone 1, 2, 21 and 22 hazardous zones.

Constructed with custom elastomer and silicone coated glass cloth materials and high-density fiberglass insulation, safe operating conditions are maintained in the presence of potentially explosive gases and dust.

Induction drum heaters – 205L

The induction heater is a cylinder placed over the drum to be heated. Energy transfer is by magnetic fields – no contact required! 

The absence of hot elements renders the heater significantly cooler than the drum being heated & the encapsulation of all electrical components enables unattended use.

The Thermosafe is a single induction coil, wholly encapsulated in a cylinder made from a glass reinforced resin to directly heat the wall of steel drums and containers by an alternating magnetic field.

 The cylinder is simply placed over the drum. Contact is not required. This means there is no heat transfer by conventional and inefficient radiant elements.

As there are no hot elements, the heater remains substantially cooler than the drum being heated.
